A touch sharp on the nose. But on the palate, wow smooth with an end touch of butter! Yum! Such a wonderful blend! Let it breathe for a bit like 10-15 minutes. — 5 years ago
Not a heavy Cabernet, feel it’s great for warmers seasons! 6/20/19 — 6 years ago
Chateau is located in the Minervois region of France’s Languedoc, midway between Narbonne and the Medieval town of Carcassonne. Deep rich red with aromas of dark fruit and forest notes. On the palate plum and blueberry flavors, little spice and toasty oak notes. Big firm tannins, medium finish, savory, ending with mineral and fruit character. — 7 years ago

This is a full-bodied, thickly textured wine made from Merlot, Cabernet France, Malbec and Marselan. It has appealing flavors of blackberry, black cherry, cassis, plum, cranberry and violet. Cedar and clove attest to oak aging and, at 6 years of age, some tertiary notes of leather and forest floor are emerging. All this fruit is nicely balanced by silky tannins and the body is enhanced by 15%abv without ever feeling heavy or overdone. The long finish is the icing on the cake and the value price makes it even more special. — a month ago
