Lovely local white we had whilst on our honeymoon in Rome. Dry with subtle fruit flavor (I'm no expert on tasting notes, sorry) but this was lovely. — 9 years ago
2020 vintage.
Passerina is an ancient grape grown in Marche in clay and calcareous soil. Fermented in stainless steel with ageing “sur lies” for 4 months.
Fragrant and floral with citrus and honeysuckle on the nose. Dry with medium acidity. Pear, almond and citrus with a savoury, stoney minerality on the finish.
We BBQ‘d local fish.
Ling cod cheeks, Sablefish collars and Chinook Salmon bellies.

Awesome Pecorino wine. Lovely floral aroma. On the palette there is a minerality, stone fruit, apple and spice. Will definitely get again. — 8 years ago
Аромат: апельсиновая цедра, ноты фундука, сливочного масла, земляники. Вкус выраженный, небольшая освежающая кислотность, солноватость и горчинка морской воды, хорошо сбалансированное и приятное — 9 years ago

One of the better roses I've had. Inexpensive- fruit and balanced mouth- dry with a pleasant finish. No sour notes I find in many roses. — 8 years ago
