Brick in color. Nose is cedar, dusty fruit, and old leather. Just a little pungent. The mouthfeel is great. There is bright fruit and great acidity. Medium bodied. Very good, rich with sweet and spicy notes. It’s balanced very well. The nose is full of a vanilla, red fruit. And the palate is more interesting. Sweet like a liquor cherry with some pepper and dark chocolate. Tannins are mild. This wine has a character. — 4 years ago

It's the bourbon of wine. Just right. It literally gives this wonderful raw slightly earthy funk but lends a solid dry yet allowing hints of sweet/tartness textured Pino Grigio that you wish you could find at a resteraunt in the States... I'm impressed. — 7 years ago
