Dried strawberry (strawberry base for this sour) ... and citrus rind. More exciting than some of the Brussels sours to be had @cantillon — 9 years ago
Funky fruit citrus nose but taste is straight up sour cherry, pomegranate, cranberry zone. Could pass for a crazy Cantillon. In other words, it rules. — 10 years ago

All 3-year lambics, not a blend of 1, 2, and 3 years. Loved this—funky and autumnal. Almost no carbonation. — 7 years ago
This years Cantillon Zwanze is a modern interpretation of their original Rosé de Gambrinus which hasn't been made since the 80's. This version was made from raspberries, blueberries and vanilla beans. #zwanzeday — 9 years ago
Wow, this blows away almost every other chardonnay I've ever had. Like a Cantillon gueuze (one of the premier Belgian lambic blends for the beer-illiterate), it has a strong oaky character and some barnyard funk, some buttery notes and stone fruit. This alone made coming to Hawkes Bay worth it. — 9 years ago
Very sour, so give it a couple of tastes, and reap the rewards of the subtle apricot. Probably best not to look up what the name means till later. — 10 years ago
I mean where’s so much hyped smoke there’s got to be legitimate fire. — 6 years ago
