For $20, you can't find a better C.H. — 8 years ago
This wine has matured beyond the petrol stage. Still hints of mango and pineapple. The mature flavours are hard to describe, but perhaps strong herbs in combination with ripe fruits comes close. Some fresh acid make it very interesting. Paired it with sweet honey hot spiced boneless ribs. nice combo.

Honey, pear, not overly sweet by any means. Reminiscent of a Tokaji. I would like it with fish and root vegetables or pork chop and chutney more obviously. — 8 years ago
Fifteen harvests have gone by and you'd never know it — 8 years ago
An aged Riesling. Golden color, clear. nose: gasoline/petrol notes, citrus, lime, lemon and ripe yellow apples and tangerine and honey. Palate: off dry, high acid, medium to low alcohol same notes as nose and but bit more honey suckle and small notes of noble rot. Finish: M+ to long. Excellent aged Riesling — 5 years ago

Brambly red berries, prunes, fennel, black pepper, clove, thyme and earthy olive nose. Soft red berres, plum, sour cherry, clove, cigar dried tobacco leaves on the palate. Great value for an amazingly complex wine! — 9 years ago

Drink now. The color has begun to oxidize, but the wine is still delicious. — 4 years ago
