If you make it to Arizona, make sure you stop by burning tree. By far my favorite winery in cottonwood, az. The 45-70 bones you spend on a bottle is well worth it. Acidic but well balanced. — 11 years ago

Modern in style but quite enjoyable. Oak is noticeable but not intrusive. Lots of fruit still present with slight sweetness on the midpalate and lively tannins on a bone dry finish. Decanted for two hours as tannins are still fairly aggressive otherwise. It is advisable. — 11 years ago

The nose gives black cherry and licorice aromas with just the faintest hint of a campfire or a fireplace burning. Very lively on the palate, it tastes of cherry and red currant in a very fun manner.
