I was in search of something a lot drier, but got this. While it wasn’t as dry as I wanted, it was delicious. Very pale in color and super light. I don’t think I’d pair this with anything because I feel like the flavor would just get lost. — 4 years ago

Been a couple of years since visiting the cidery. Still dry, appley, good lactic and malic balance from native yeast. Well crafted cider from a small family operation worthy of your support — 2 years ago
New Years without Eric bórdelet cider feels unnatural at this stage of my life. Slightly frizzante, slightly sweet, dry, & scrumptious. — 4 years ago
