Great wine. Notes of blackberry, baking spices, really balanced and nice finish. — 5 years ago
Floral nose, lots of minerality. Amazing wine. Loved the contrast to his. Good enough to just drink without food. — 7 years ago
Light, crisp with moderate acidity with stone fruit and herbaceous notes and some mineral qualities. — 7 years ago
A truly splendid Carneros Pinot. Inky purple with a wide brim. Fruity on the nose with spicy cherries and blueberry pie. Umami and oak aromas abound. Plenty of earth, even a little funk. A bit of cinnamon and more floral accents after time and air.
Light and airy but filled to the brim with personality and drama. The oak is well integrated and the structure and balance terrific. Easy drinking yes, but far more complex and downright interesting than that. Sophisticated on the tongue with delectable fruit and earth. Minerality and vanilla with a nice dollop of warm spice at the end. This is Pinot done right. — 2 years ago
Effervescent red wine — 3 years ago
This is an excellent wine. Paired it with Prime Rib and Lobster. Smooth and rich. Hints of tobacco — 4 years ago
His wine is very underrated. At least the 2017 harvest. I apologise to the other folks who scored this wine but this is a delicious wine. I opened the bottle and my wife knew immediately that this was a South American wine and guessed it was a garzon. Honestly, if not better this wine is as good as garzon tannat. Cioccolato, lots of red berries and leather notes. Coffee and a little vanilla on the palate. It is a pity this wine isn’t available in the USA and only 20.000 bottles of this vintage were produced. I will certainly buy it again in my next trip. — 5 years ago

2015 was great vintage in Napa for Pinot Noir — 7 years ago
A most favorite and refreshing white. Great with food, great alone. — 2 years ago
Very nice earth and vegetation undertones. Some dried fruit flavors as well. The wine really opened up after sitting in the decanter for probably 30 to 45 minutes. Then there was some flavors of strawberry and other fruits. This went well with our one day late Mother’s Day, dinner at Las Brisas. — 2 years ago
Lovely dry rose with light strawberry notes — 4 years ago
Very much our style of Pinot — 5 years ago
Absolutely gorgeous red! Dark chocolate hints with cigar smoke and earth. Many layers. — 5 years ago
Full bodied, dry, a bit acidic, and rich in tannins. There's cherry and berry flavors after a swirl on the palate, maybe even a little chocolate. So tannins upfront and the fruitfullness to finish. — 6 years ago

Excellent. Just enough fruit and acidity. Great by itself or with spicy food — 2 years ago
