Really cool wine. Rich yet savvoury and really fresh. It would be wine of the night if it wasn't for the Soldera 😂 — 9 years ago
Tannic with nice fruit notes, not big and brash but not muted or boring. Paired well with a meat heavy dinner, and rich dessert. — 9 years ago

Cranberry, cedar, and dark fruit nose. Baked blueberry, clove, cedar, cherry pie and white pepper on the palate. Medium plus tannins and medium acid. A little brash now, but I suspect it will mellow beautifully. Fine example of mid-price range CDP. — 10 years ago
Rich and full-bodied without being brash or overwrought. The oak is well-integrated. Excellent. — 10 years ago
Opened up into a funky, licorice beast. After a few hours it almost tasted like what I want cola to be. Brash and delicious. — 10 years ago
Very good. Riper less brash than your formulaic Marlborough SB. Lots of flavour & content. — 11 years ago
Young, brash, and tight but with huge potential — 12 years ago
Still young and brash but drinking nicely after opening. Maybe tobacco. Dry as the Sahara, in a good way — 8 years ago
Lovely cab, nose and finish bookend a delish mouthful — 10 years ago
Nose of meat and floral undertones. Brash on the palette, I'm assuming due to its young age. Will probably get much better with time. — 10 years ago
New world cab franc. Spicy, herbaceous and leafy characters to note with underlying notes of wild raspberries, cherry and plum. Sits in the realm of medium bodied amongst a sturdy structure that I'd imagine would see this age well providing you have the patience, otherwise go forth now. — 10 years ago
Big. Bold and Brash... This beautiful cab is just like its founder, Jayson Woodbridge. Can't think of a better wine to drink on my birthday than this Kayli Morgan. — 11 years ago
Fresh mint with pepper, wet cut grass. Brash acidity. On the sour side. Good finish. — 12 years ago
A lot prettier than expected. Crushed pad Thai with it. — 8 years ago
@Brash Higgins our prays have been answered. Thank you Brad for the second chance.
Such a great wine, exactly what we expected from HQ. — 8 years ago

This Brash Higgins stuff's pretty delicious. Different definitely. Savoury, deep fruited wines. A touch of VA coming through in this Shiraz, but it only adds complexity here. Fruit cake, plum, indian spices, meat, earth.
Note: Vinification that would draw out some frowns. Freaking 6 months on skin, letting some flor form on the surface post-ferment. I'm sure it's gnarly on it's way to the finish product, but it didn't turn out too bad. Probably a good dose of sulphur to clean it up? Or some skimming off the surface wine. Nevertheless, I liked it. — 9 years ago

Brash and young with tart fruit and vanilla. A beautiful nose hints that this wine will mellow and broaden with age. — 10 years ago
Bright and brash, spicy fruit with moderate acid. Tangy finish. — 10 years ago
Big wine, beautiful label, great representation of a Paso wine. Balanced, hint of oak, fruit forward, clean finish. — 10 years ago
Fruit is still singing, oak is uncoiled, flashy and brash, delicious. — 10 years ago
2008-Nice one Brad!!

Brash and bold. A bully of a wine. — 12 years ago
Marla Frederick
Hands down, my favorite Marlborough Sauvignon. Grassy, sassy, and a big “fuck you” to the establishment. This wine packs a brash punch but throws in enough sweet caramel to put the masses at ease. Total Wine, buy again to celebrate those moments that the younger generation decides enough is enough. — 8 years ago
