Keith's annual fino dinner where I over drink carbon dated sherry. Dry start and finish with rockstar spunk. Very mineral. Special barrel at the end of the line with the oldest wine in the entire solera. — 10 years ago

Going tawny color. Complex mature nose of meat and fruit. Brick leather meat strawberries. Great mature bottle. Complex savory with a line of almost sweet fruit. — 12 years ago
Tasty and inexpensive. — 12 years ago
Ambar pálido con cierta turbiedad. Espectacularmente aromática. Frutos secos, miel y bajamar. Fresca, salina y muy muy persistente. Perfecta para maridajes atrevidos. — 10 years ago
Lovely rose gold color, with a clean and fresh nose. Fruit, minerals, flowers.. Everything I would want in a rose. Plenty of strawberry, tart cherry, watermelon, white and red rose petals and dried herbs. Fruit shines on the palate with plenty of acidity to carry you to a pleasant finish. Sitting perfectly at 13.5, the ABV is not a detracting component. — 10 years ago
Jammy and fantastic. Will definitely get this one the next time I see it. — 10 years ago
Garnet with rim variation turning brick/terracota, corn on the cob, dill, molasses. — 11 years ago
Stems deliciousness and hitting the balls out of the park! Oh yeah brickhouse! — 14 years ago

Great taste. Not dry. Smooth with a hint of blackberry. Ideally paired with a medium rare steak. — 10 years ago

Beautiful brick color, deep, murky. Nose: chocolate, pepper, vanilla, toffee. Very interesting, round, red fruits, coffee, tobacco. Mouth: red fruit, sourness, blunt chocolate, tobacco. Very velvety, nose that is super expressive, nice acidity from sour red fruits. Very good wine, very good vintage. — 12 years ago
Wow. A bottle that could change a lot of minds about Sherry. Beautiful nutty aromas along with almost everything else you would expect from Finos all the way through Pedro Ximénez. Sweet yet dry, creamy yet saline, smokey and caramel-y. I'm now a fan. — 12 years ago

I wish this style was more common. Combines everything there is to love about fino sherry (salty, nutty, oxidative) in a lower alcohol package at 11.5%. — 9 years ago
