White bojo. Who knew? This one was natural, bio and tons of fun. I'd do it again — 9 years ago
2016 Burgundy... Do I need to say more? It's slamming good!
Nose is a saline solution with sweet green apple and light oyster shell.
Palate is incredible balanced acidity with Anjou pear and this ever lingering saline finish.
For certain, one of the best BoJo blancs to ever grace my glass!
Happy Valentine's Day 2019 to all.
24hr Update: Nose has subsided slightly, but the palate is going strong and picking up minor red fruit (strawberry) notes. I tend to pick up those red notes only in Chardonnay from Beaujolais, after about a day or two after opening, interesting. — 5 years ago
Def some Brett on the nose. But not overwhelming. So this is still three years out. But the acid cherry fruit balance and the internal aromatics are off the charts. And this was a wretched year in bojo. Wretched. A great wine to drink with geeks to see what a great winemaker can do in poor years. — 8 years ago
