This one starts off a bit rough to me compared to the Muni which is much more refined imho but it worked with the second half of the dinner where the flavors were stronger and could hold up to it. — a year ago

Green peppers and dusty jam on the nose. Big jammy taste up front followed by dry finish of herbs. No hint of heat is noticeable with 14.5% alcohol. Love Muni wines — 6 years ago

Just had a taste of this since the Somm suggested this versus The Muni. Price was the same. I prefer the Muni personally and it’s the one I selected. This was nice but lighter and didn’t have the weight of the Muni. They are both good, just head to head I think I made the right call. — 3 days ago

メルローらしい丸くプルーンタッチな果実味。タンニンも細やか。そして何より青さが全くない。

This is really delicious. Sage and bramble on the nose. In the mouth it’s very soft, almost delicate, with blackberry and herbal notes and a long smooth finish. Well done, Muni. Spring Club Awesome shipment. — 7 years ago
