This wine is still drinking young notwithstanding its 21 year age. Tannins are still tight but the wine is racy and elegant. It evolved significantly over an hour and a half period and became less austere. A blend of 2 great vineyards: Paderewksi (which is used in some of the Saxum wines), and Catapult.
