Ripe fruit perfectly balanced oak & just the right amount of acidity. Bravo — 9 years ago
What can I say! EaglesvsDallas in Dallas! Hence no tailgate. So at home drinking one of the best Chards in the world! Yup! 2009 Marcassin Vyd, a toasty creamy Chard with gobs of fruit. Wow! With a little bottle age it really shows how Really good it can be! Great balance with good acidity and backbone. Alcohol is 14.4 and doesn't show at all, Bravo here. CB 94+ — 9 years ago
Really quite an amazing vintage (2012) for Dominus. Drink it now. Bravo! — 10 years ago
Epic! Right in the sweet spot! absolute textbook G.C.C. that is perfect proof the 1855 is a joke! I sincerely hope it never gains the Unesco status some privileged Bordelais estates are hoping for, if this is considered 'fifth league'. Champagne & Burgundy bravo however! Truly deserving of their hard-fought Unesco world heritage status. — 10 years ago
10 year Bordeaux...Bravo. The tannins have settled somewhat with the result being that this wine's structure, acidity, frame and finish are all in alignment. Rich dark fruits, cassis and Christmas cake. Such a joyfully smooth drop. — 10 years ago

I really liked this wine, no strong at all — 12 years ago
This wine made me smile with every single sip, unbelievably good. The bottle pours out a beet and blackberry color blood. It's nose is rich with dried black fruits, crushed plums, dark cherries, yeast and some floral aromatics. It's dominent in black cherry, blackberry and plum flavors. Notes of cracked black pepper and blueberries accompany its dominating flavors. It sits with a medium plus body. It's tannins are a perfect velvety medium grain, it's acidity is moderate, all of which settle with a long finish. I was completely suprised at how much I liked this as I'd usually pick Argentina as king for this grape, but bravo..I've found my new favorite Malbec. — 9 years ago
And again, one of my favs from Ozzie land! Bravo down under! — 9 years ago
So happy to find this incredible bottle in ship-shape condition. Bravo to Jarred Roth at Riverpark for continuing to offer great old wines at great prices. Loved every sip and wished there was more in the bottle. Raisin toast, black cherry, carob, violet candy, hazelnut. In great shape, drinking tonight for sure. Traditional wine rules. — 10 years ago

Wow! Not because I brought this! It was one of the Best Chardonnays ever tried!! It has body, loaded with fruit and texture with just the right hint of oak. Only had one bottle tonight, BUT we shared with 12 people.. Well served!! CB. 97+ Bravo Tom Rochioli — 11 years ago
Wine Spec gives this a 93 and only 395 cases +-! I give it the same. Need to be served at a cool 60 degrees. Great nose good fruit up front with just a touch of heat that goes away with breathing . Also a great glass when reading new book" Daniel Silva "the Heist" I am midway thru the book. Ask me SUNDAY my thoughts! Bravo Charlie Beatty — 11 years ago

Rounding into its flavor profile for the final leg. Bold elegant nose and rich flavors reminiscent of chardonnays from the folatierre vineyard in Burgundy. Bravo! — 9 years ago
Absolutely phenomenal. This was a magnum and we decanted for about 7 hours. Such a balanced, well made wine. Fruit was beautiful. Bravo @Mike Smith! — 9 years ago
Big but such a nice balance of fruit, acid and astringency. This is a slow but smooth sipper for those contemplative nights. — 10 years ago
It has finally come around. Beautifully integrated tannins and fruit. Plums and cherries. A Classic French Bordeaux by Christian Moueix bravo. This should be the wine standard. Drink now or in the next 5 years. — 10 years ago
