£3 in Romanian supermarket. These guys definitely don't know what they're selling! What a gem. What a find! — 11 years ago
Probably the oldest Riesling I've had. Packed with petrolium and some nice acidity. Perfect to fennel — 11 years ago
This is a nice step up from my usual dr h bernkastel kabinett..it is another $10 per bottle ($28 list. .less 10-15% coupon), but four people in blind taste test came to exact same conclusion. Excellent stuff. — 11 years ago

Not even a Riesling fan but I really enjoyed this one ... Total Wine had this at their tasting bar... delicious, crisp, not too sweet. Tried again on January 28 with Thai food...yummy+...however...tried dr heidemanns bernkastel kabinett, which while $7 more..was worth it — 12 years ago
Amazing nose, aromatic, floral, lemon rind liqueur; surprisingly youthful on the palate too. — 13 years ago

A creamy, sweet nose with notes of juicy peach, citrus, nectarine and honey. Juicy, lush and sweet on the palate. Flavors of sweet, juicy peach and fresh, crisp citrus lead to nuanced notes of spice, honey and cream rounded out by still zest, crisp acidity, even after 10 years in the bottle. The finish is long and sweet but balanced by long, bright acidity creating a wonderfully balanced dessert wine. — 9 years ago
