Benoît Danjou, véritable artisan vigneron. L'étiquette raconte tout: 'SCHISTE QUARTZ LUNE SOLEIL VENT TERROIR ORGANIQUE ENDÉMIQUE BOIS CEP CENTENAIRE NATURE CULTURE HOMME ANIMAL VÉGÉTAL MINÉRAL ... VIN NON FILTRÉ, NON COLLÉ, NON LEVURÉ, NON ACIDIFIÉ, NON CHAPTALISÉ.' — 10 years ago

Elegant beyond words! Crushed seashells and Stoney minerality lead the way to an extremely well balanced and classy Chablis from an incredible vineyard that just pairs with everything at the dinner table. Love 11' Chablis. Love this producer. Must buy more! — 8 years ago

2013 vintage. Vaucoupin. Floral, grassy, lemon citrus and rocky minerality. Medium plus intensity. Youthful. On the palate, medium minus body, high acidity, medium alcohol and medium plus concentration. There's a creamy texture to the wine and it's very quaffable. I am enjoying this. Decent finish. Good lunch wine. Drink now until 2022. — 8 years ago
