One of my favorite Santa Cruz Mountains pinot noir producers, and this bottle was a great example of why. Fruity but not overly so, rich but easy drinking. A fun and enjoyable wine that I'm happy to drink anytime. — 9 years ago

Nicely done wine with big fruit, black licorice, plum, baking spice, kola nut, and dry black earth. Wine is balanced except for the tannins which are strong and rustic. Medium (+) finish. Nice wine. My other bottle will need to stay laid down for another 5 years or so. — 9 years ago
