Wow, this is a wine to ponder. Is it too much with its oxidized nature? Or, is it an amazingly tantalizing, earthy, mouthcoating orange wine? I kept going back to the glass, so the answer should speak for itself. This is a powerful wine with an amazingly long finish. It's not for the casual drinker looking for a Pinot Grigio. Pair this with strong flavored foods--cheeses, white Mexican sauces, vegetarian dishes, roasted white meats, lechon asado. This is a wine for passion. — 10 years ago
