This pint can of Perennial Artisan Saison de Lis is amazing and just what I’ve wanted!!!
This is a Belgian style ale brewed with Chamomile flower and it’s amazing, picture the frothiness of the chamomile tea, and it’s robustness and gentle bitterness in a beer form... it’s very very very good! — 7 years ago
This is a bottle that Vanessa was given by a former student who was apparently trying to clear out his cellar. Bottled on October 4, 2011, this is the best incarnation of Noel de Calabaza that I’ve ever had. Incredible balance, great secondary aromas, and a finish that lasts far longer than younger versions of this beer. Just goes to show how awesome JPs can become if you hide them away for a few years. — 8 years ago
Bottled 8/1/2006. First year... And still alive. So amazing. — 9 years ago

Soft bouquet of raspberries and plums. Medium soft dry tannic plums and dark fruit with a slow fade to a delicate dryness. — 6 years ago
