Not exactly closed but definitely still reluctant to unleash its full expression. The complexity is there but hiding. Good length and balance. 14 euros by the glass at Ma Cuisine. Better than anticipated! Raspberry, cherry, toast, mineral. Elegant but gevrey in character. Will be interesting to see how this plot improves under the care of Rousseau. The property seems to be just a little ways down slope from cazetiers — 9 years ago
