Slightly oxidative, very very dry (zero dosage), an unusual cremant for those who (like me) are into that kind of thing. — 7 years ago

That was amazing. Unique nose. Great value. — 9 years ago
This is a review for Jean Francois Ecot’s Vin de Pays Viognier, the fruits of which sourced from Languedoc. Exotic and sweet spices (cumin, cinnamon, turmeric) and lifted stone fruits overflow the glass. Low acidity and light bodied, yet creamy, rich, and delicious. No perceptible phenolics bitterness. Biodynamic. — 7 years ago

Pretty good 1975 white — 7 years ago
Ruby red with vibrant highlights. The head aroma is toasty oak, followed by black cherries, blackberries, black olives and mint. Lovely midpalate that’s lush and silky smooth with soft tannin and flavors of black cherries, cranberries, vanilla, and chocolate covered raisins. It finishes super long with all of those flavors and a silk, sensual mouthfeel. — 8 years ago
