A gorgeous late harvest sav blanc wine from Chile! — 8 years ago
It's a decent bland of Cab Sav and Shiraz. Just right amount of spice combine with the dryness of Cab Sav. I love it! Pleasantly surprised :) — 9 years ago

Lots of layers - citrusy and fruity. Very complex for such an inexpensive wine. Love — 7 years ago

On the nose; black cherries, strawberries, black raspberries, cherries and raspberries, dark moist soils, bubble gum, gently minerals with red & pink roses.
On the palate; dry, sticky tannins, black cherries, strawberries, black raspberries, cherries and raspberries, dark moist soils, bubble gum, gently minerals with red & pink roses, beautiful acidy and well polished, elegant finish.

This did NOT suck! Luscious red and blue fruit, lavender essence, brilliant energy/acidity, some exotic spicyness dissolving into some tonal smoky minerality. Moderately long finish. I was not familiar with this producer but let the somm (at a restaurant with JB chops) guide me to something that made wonderful music with a brilliant pork collar feast. 100% Carignan...perhaps my first from Chile. And still a baby...should be even more fantastic in the 2020's. — 8 years ago

Dark ruby color that is a bit translucent but still has some cloudiness. Notes of wild fresh strawberries, cherry jam, a bit of barnyard and salty qualities (from the yeast). On the palate, has a light to medium body with some roundness and plush tannins. More fresh strawberries straight from the fields, simmered cherries or a cherry jam, with a hint of basil. Is light enough to enjoy alone or with light nibbles. But would pair well with a range of dishes including barbecue, pizza, grilled pork, steak, or a chicken dish (with a sauce and some spices). — 4 years ago
