This is 2013 vintage. Seeing more dry (trocken) Rieslings from Germany and for good reason - they are delicious! Previously have enjoyed the von Buhl dry Rieslings. I really really really heart Laible. Huge nose of lanolin, white flowers, clean sea salt and minerals upon minerals. A showstopper of a nose. Terrific palate with waves of pure fruit buffered by serious and intense 2013 acidity. Nobly structured wine needing a decant. Amazing density and complexity even when closed.
