Bold, full body but with good complexity. We had this with pasta and red sauce, but it would have been awesome with steak. Dark fruits, nice acidity, starting to get a little leather. — 5 years ago

Lovely smooth Chianti from Italy! Enjoyed with spinach salad and perch. — 7 years ago
Drink it, cook with it. Dangerously tempting having it overhanging kitchen counter next to phone. Much happier being in kitchen and robo callers aren’t as annoying anymore, lol! I enjoyed this wine in a bottle and love the fact that it’s as good in a box. About time a quality wine was put in a box. Price is great but the convenience and quality are what sold me!!! — 8 years ago
Vintage 2009 - #riesling #trocken with incredible good smell: complex with impressions of butter, vanilla, passion fruit and mango. Honey off course. Beautiful #rheinhessen with ocean perch and pasta salad. What a treat if riesling becomes older 😊 — 8 years ago
Bright, tight, and champing at the bit. Racy acid and cool fruit sitting nimbly on a perch of earth and spice. Finish that won't quit. Drank it too soon but still a great treat. Gift from a colleague at my wife's job. I've never met her but I like her. A lot. — 9 years ago
Dark berries, no cherries, spice and tannins on the long finish, slightly funky as well, a bit meaty — 6 years ago

I’m beginning to enjoy the other varietals (than Malbec) produces in these Argentine Andean souls at high altitudes more and more. This 70% Cab / 30% Syrah blend is a lovely example of a refined mix giving intense new world character with the subtleties of old world wine making. The terroir comes thru in notes of gravel and rosemary. The fruit is big but it mildly dissipates in a most pleasant way. Drank it with a cheesy vegetable casserole with mushrooms and herbed garlic tomato sauce base... a great pairing! — 8 years ago
