I detect a bit of disturbing band aid notes (as in Brett) which leads me to believe this otherwise great wine/vintage won't last long so drink and enjoy!
Cru Beaujolais are sooo overlooked!!

Beautiful nose, rose petal, wet stone, blueberry and tart cherry. Cleaner than many of the low sulfur guys. If foillard is more about low notes, this is high notes... more fruit and less meat. Wonderful texture; I'm a fan. — 8 years ago
