Rustic and zesty. It’s got crunchy wild cherry fruit and loads of wet Novarese gravel, with a little barnyard funk. Lively and crisp in the mouth, with a bit of chalky tannin to give it a little physicality. It was fantastic to wash down pasta bolognese.

Chenin is really amazing. Turkish delight and honey. Perfect balance. If God exists He has something to do with these wines, I am sure. Deep bow for MR. Richou in Mozé sur Louet.
