Like a California smile on an eq - lots of acid on one end balanced by tree fruits on the other. — 9 years ago
Not usually a fan of Beaujolais, but this is quite tasty - esp. for $16 — 10 years ago

Big black cherry jam . Brilliant for a young wine ! A certain silkiness. Distinct — 10 years ago
2005 vintage. Heavy perfume of garrigue, herbs, violet petals, medicines, cough sweets. On the palate, the acidity is surprisingly high, medium plus body, high integrated alcohol, silky ripe tannins. Good length. Savoury finish. A big wine. — 10 years ago
A great kickoff to the night. Enjoyed by all. — 11 years ago
Genteel, floral, fine, perhaps a bit front loaded and short. — 11 years ago

Much more integrated than a coupla years ago. Great texture, oily nectar. Day 3 serious tropical lush-city. Still rocking in day 4. Really showing well, a pleasant surprise. — 9 years ago

If there's to be only one Beaujolais that would be it-2011- amazing vintage showing particularly well now black cherry, blackberry, great minerality a ripe fruit lifted by a medium acidity — 11 years ago
The splashy label gave me pause and I approached with caution, but once I tasted, I was hooked. Fruity and warm without being a fruit bomb. Strong finish with stewed fruit and a hint of star anise. I would enjoy this all night solo hit it begs for food. — 11 years ago
