A nice mid-weight cab. Shows an herbal note on the nose but it's less noticeable on the palate. I wouldn't hold it too long, though, as there's not a ton of structure.

The nose is really singing; black/blue fruit, violet, a spice kick. TRB nails it as usual in a rough vintage.

Always a great wine. Even in an "off" vintage.

Needs some time but feel confident it will be good in an hour.

Decant for 1 hour to a burst of fruity smokey blends this was an excellent bottle of wine.

Post coravin. Held up very well. Beautiful laser focused fruit. A touch lean reflecting the vintage.

Every time I have this vintage - I get buttered corn on the cob for a nose. Wild.

Somewhat lean - could almost be mistaken for an over the top Pinot!
