Oh yeah, we have a winner. 30% cab 70% Mourvèdre. My favorite, creme de cassis. Outstanding wine — 13 years ago
Held up very well for a 30 year old wine. Took about 1-2 hours to really open up and hit its peak. Finished by hour 3 as it seemed to tail off. Very cool drinking a Lafite. — 10 years ago
Best. Sherry. Ever. — 11 years ago
Ready to drink. 30 minutes decanted & this wine began opening nicely with dark fruit forward.. A bit of raisin?... Plenty of cherry.. Old leather.. Earthy.. Bit of barnyard both on the nose and palate after 45 minutes. Plenty of depth.. A pleasant surprise at 15 years old! — 11 years ago
Rich nutty notes with an incredibly long finish — 12 years ago
Be patient.... You have to wait at least 30 mins to bring it back to life... But we could still enjoy its preciouseness. — 12 years ago
Never disappoints. Fruits and herbs on the nose. Full body, silky tannin and a long finish. Still closed 30 min after opening. I expect this to cellar very well. — 13 years ago

Found this bottle in my parent's wine closet and had to open it. I don't have the appropriate vocabulary to describe, but a special wine much different from the $10-$30 bottles I may drink typically. — 10 years ago
