Update 1.5 years later. Took about 30 mins to open up. A well balanced wine. Smooth. Great value.

Developing fine, but just not very interesting.

Opening up well, but probably just past it's prime

Perfect with sweet red sauces and rich meats, but good standing alone as well.

Ready to drink. 30 minutes decanted & this wine began opening nicely with dark fruit forward.. A bit of raisin?... Plenty of cherry.. Old leather.. Earthy.. Bit of barnyard both on the nose and palate after 45 minutes. Plenty of depth.. A pleasant surprise at 15 years old!

This wine is at its peak... Hints of eucalyptus ... Pronounced cherry (not old fruit) and very fruit forward with tannins that recede within 20 minutes making this a soft Cab with a delightfully long finish. Enjoyed it with grilled KC strip and shiitake mushrooms. Perfect!

Black cherry.. Ripe fruit is pronounced... Cassis.. Old leather is recessive. Not complex at this point.. Fruit Begins to fade after 30 minutes... Light tannins persist

Good fruit, leather, and spice, but a bit too oxidative.
