My 1st perfect score of 2015. This was magical stuff worthy of all the descriptive writing that come with the rating. So I'll save those reading it the time. Take a moment out of your day, and sit down and crack one of these open with somebody you love. You will enjoy what is prob one of the best bottles of Bordeaux you can drink right now. When this is showing well it's amazing. 100pts — 10 years ago
The 91 Dominus is the greatest Dominus produced and I have had every vintage since it's inception in 83. The group all thought it was a 1st Growth guessing 82 a Mouton. One of the best Cali's ever made. — 11 years ago
Very disappointing for a 1st growth!
Not much to show, nothing special about this vintage! — 7 years ago
Second time trying this '66, it's better than the 1st, such an amazing combination of fruit intensity & development, aromatic complexity for days, & when open for an hour so much purity of darker berried fruit, seriously outstanding wine. — 8 years ago

Contemplative wine... — 8 years ago
Only time will tell...rarely a more memorable experience discovering 1st Growth offerings. — 8 years ago
Deep, dark with structure and balance. Drinking it next to Opus One(1st world problems). At first it seems a little tight and savory., over time tannins are softening and some nice fruit is coming out. And the Opus fruit is lessening and and taking more Bordeaux like quality. Both delicious and appreciated. — 9 years ago
Apple cider, pear juice, and TDN. Beautiful. — 10 years ago

Needs about 2hrs to really strut, but this still out classes almost all the 1st growths of the year. Very tough to beat. Awesome — 7 years ago
