Take a moment out of your day, and sit down and crack one of these open with somebody you love. You will enjoy what is prob one of the best bottles of Bordeaux you can drink right now. Second time trying this '66, it's better than the 1st, such an amazing combination of fruit intensity & development, aromatic complexity for days, & when open for an hour so much purity of darker berried fruit, seriously outstanding wine. — 8 years ago

Deep, dark with structure and balance. Drinking it next to Opus One(1st world problems). At first it seems a little tight and savory., over time tannins are softening and some nice fruit is coming out. And the Opus fruit is lessening and and taking more Bordeaux like quality.
