Tart apples with oak on the nose. Tasted crisp on the front but a mild chardonnay flavor on the back.

Really nice acidity and balance. Oak herbal notes give way to pear and lemon with a rich mouth feel. @Scott Petrus you aren't the only fan.

Sharp start with sweet middle, and not so good end. Green melon and green tea notes with some peach at the end. Better with food, particularly salty and fishy dishes.

Mineral tones on the tip of the tongue moves quickly to peach and flowers as you sip. Definitely has residual sugar. An interesting experience.

Wanting to taste something similar to a Condrieu and Chateau Grillet without the expense I opted for an Australian Viognier. This wine explodes with honeysuckle, honeydew, litchis, peach, and an aroma of orange peel and gardenias. The texture is like cool whip. This wine was able to retain enough acid to be balanced. Although low in acidity this wine was thirst quenching enough for a successful pool day. #hurrayforviognier #qprsuperstar
