Was hoping for more as I have had good luck with value buys from this producer. I also tend to get excited about anyone trying a Cote Rotie blend that doesn't break the bank. Some nice bold flavors from the Syrah but lacked acidity or any lightness from the Viognier. Not a bad bottle to have on hand for later in the night.

(16/20) Насыщенный аромат красных ягод с нотами кожи и черного перца. Неплохо сбалансированная структура. Хорошо.

At $10 this wine is a solid purchase for people who aren't really into wine. Easy drinker, super soft tannins (too soft?), fuzzy peach skins and a hint of anise. Nose is light on substance but what is there is impressive at this price point.

Good. I mean, the northern rhone does Syrah/Viognier like no other.....so you can't really compare a mix from from Australia.... But this isn't bad.
