Crisp not dry, and sweet without cloying. Easy drinking bubbly.

Very pale lemon in color, almost clear.

Great nose of tropical fruits, lemons, peaches, bananas and white flowers.

Light to medium bodied, refreshing and crisp, with medium acidity, and big tasty bubbles.

Off dry on the palate (definitely not brut) with apples, apricots, pears, lemons and tropical fruits.

Short finish with citrus and lemons.

An above average sparkling wine from California. Well balanced, but simple. Enjoyable by itself or with food, and good for parties.
Better when well chilled and very easy drinking.

I paired it with a grilled chicken salad.

9.5% alcohol by volume.
