A really cool white cuveé made with indiginous grapes from B&H. Nice aromas of white flowers, chamomile, honey, and green apple. The palate had a pleasant minerality, with flavors of ripe apricot and star fruit. 90% Žilavka, 10% Bena. 3/31/23.

Zilavka (90%)/Bena (10%) Blend (Grapes native to Bosnia-Herzegovina). Beautiful straw color with some green highlights. Nose is full of aromatic white flowers and pineapple. Pallet notes green apple, apricot, tropical fruits, honey and roasted nuts. Minerals and herbs on the finish. Juicy acidity. Nicely balanced. Excellent! Thank You Ron B!
