Wind Gap Wines
Ritchie Creek Vineyard Spring Mountain Blaufränkisch

Really enjoyed this. So different from the Austrian/German versions I've had, sharing the same bones but adding body and fruit density from CA. Nothing to compare it to, but that's ok, I'll just take more of this. Geeky wine that anyone would enjoy.

Celebration cap for the 2012 Wind Gap Blaufränkisch. Dark juicy fruit, bay leaf, tree spice, enough acid for balance, soft enough to be enjoyed by everyone. Gleeful.

A few years in bottle has served this well. Much better than my first bottle tried on release.
