Where it once was as jammy as marionberry preserves it's now smoky. Where it once was inky as all imagination it is now bone dry and tannic. Still it's neat to see this cool climate Syrah grow into something more akin to a Walla Walla valley. Will grab your palate so accompany with fatty foods.
