Still young. Big strawberries. Tart. Perfect for a Salmon with kumquats and soy glaze. Trifecta.

Williams Selyem Central Coast Pinot Noir 2015: Medium-light bodied. Well balanced. Red fruit dominate followed by blueberry, spice, oak & earth. For me, first time trying & enjoying their Central Coast Pinot. Not the most complex but absolutely delicious, delightful and easy to drink! Enjoy the nice weather & happy Sunday to all! Cheers🍷

On the lighter side of the house style, jammy fruit is overpowered by vanilla. I think it might get more interesting after a few years, but for me I’d go for a different cuvée.

A lot of fruit at first with a mellow finish. Nice Pinot from a great winery

Pomegranate seeds, vanilla extract, dried green floral stems, a whiff of clove.
