Graacher Feinherb Riesling

Finally decided to break into one of my 2015 German Rieslings. Crisp apple and peach aromas. Beautiful melange of acidity and minerality. Good stuff.

With tuna crudo....oh yeah!!!!

Apple, off dry, and smooth.

Semi-dry with plenty of acidity. Lots of minerals, white flower, stone fruit and citrus. Went well with some spicy food.

Perfection with Vietnamese food. White peach, green apple. Sweet yet dry. To quote my wine guru Ian Cauble: "...a wave of acidity and minerality zips across the palate and cleans everything up , a citrusy blast that's like a bracing slap in the face...your left smacking your lips..."
