Great purity of fruit. No mistaking what this sparkler is made from. Nose and palate are pure grüner. First time trying a sparkling grüner and it won't be my last.

This was fantastic. Great acidity with some nice toast to smooth out the finish. Went perfect with an antipasto of olives, speck, white bean toast. Delicious and unique.
