Pretty aromatics. Floral, ripe peach, apricot, petrol and great minerality.
Off-dry. Kicked but with some spicy cheese dip :)

A delightful light, high acid, semi sweet wine, beautifully pitted against Texas Gulf shrimp, grilled in an envelope, succumbing to a deep tissue message of a sweet cream butter compound butter involving chili flakes, 8 cloves of butter, Myers lemon juice and rind & Old Bay with crusty bread.
