Weingut Maria & Sepp
Muster Graf Morillon

Needed to warm up a bit but once open was wonderful. Slightly cloudy unfiltered appearance, toasty orchard fruit with a bit of lemon and tarragon. Learned later that Morillon = Chard but totally different from a white burg or Cali chard or anything else really

Feb 11th, 2018Clear decant needed upon opening. Not so much reduction, just tightness. Was not pleasurable to drink. After throwing it in a decanter for a bit, it eased up and opened. It took on an herbal, shiso-like character.
