A couple years of age has given this an extra level of dimension that's irresistible.

Cork completely fell apart as I opened it, so I had to pour this through a sieve into a decanter. Deep gold in color; on the nose, beautiful, intense petrol note with lemon curd and honeysuckle, together with a touch of honey. On the palate, acid is still vibrant, and while there is good intensity at first with loads of slate and a touch of grapefruit pith, it falls off somewhat quickly to leave a slightly bitter grapefruit pith note. Nevertheless, still lively and beautiful aromatics.
