Apr 19th, 2014Not what I expected. My friend made a spicy shrimp over pasta and vegetables and it was a great compliment. I was amazed at the depth of this wine. I am so used to drinking overly sweet Riesling I was a little nervous. But the wine was anything but overpoweringly sweet. Thanks Lyle Fass yet again. Very happy.
