Pinot Blanc is usually “meh” in vinous form but not when it’s made by Patrick Adank. Varietally correct but oh so much more. Unreal purity and out of control finesse. So long, dense, nimble and stunning. Just insane mouthfeel. Art.

Jun 17th, 2025Apple, smoke, pear, super clear and elegant, I love the finesse on these young “. simple” vines. Good energy, concentration and sap. Long and juicy and so clean with energy and balance for days. Spicy, mineral, white pepper, so much depth and clean.
