2015v. Light straw color. Pear and crisp yellow apple on the nose. A good weight and soft body in the mouth with a mineral and peppery finish. Just a hit of soft acid the middle. Just a tad of salinity on the finish to makes you want to drink more. Easy drinking and paired perfectly with a garlicky, lemon-herb chicken breast. At less than $11, there's great value in this bottle. 12.5% ABV.
