Nice, rich and with plenty of fruit, but the dominant impression here is of the slatey/mineral box that is wrapped around that dense core. Transitional, I think, and while plenty enjoyable now, this should be more interesting down the road.

Not a lot of acidity, tastes more like a Pinot Blanc. Good balance. Nice apricot flavor
