Although this is not my preferred style (international grape varietals, 100% new oak) the Granat is always a very good wine. Especially in this cooler vintage the fruit is better captured by the acidity. Oak is definitely noticeable but not over the top. Lots of power on the palate but also not overdone. Super long finish. Can easily age for 20-30 years and I mean that seriously.
