Broad and even a bit nutty. Showing slight oxidative quality with the lees contact providing body and texture. Alsatian characteristics.

Don’t know if this particular representation is going to be as long lived as I initially expected.

Medium bodied. Pure and focused. Incredible balance, harmony, and length. Not gonna touch the rest for a while.

Sweet Riesling and spicy food? Wow! In this case: home made rib eye tacos with green chile sauce plus avocado. Love the wine and the pairing. Overpoweringly perfumed, slightly sweet, smooth, rich, round with a good mineral mouthfeel, great acidity and overall harmonious. Killer combo and one to save for my book. Cheers.
