A serious Pfalz qualitatswein, I think. Such minerality & layers, with an edge of sweetness but just alluded to. In a almost completely Trocken style but not. I don’t know this maker well but oozes quality. Refreshing after a Mets loss. Thiesse/ Skurnik importer.

Crushed rocks, white flowers, and lemon-lime on the nose. Same on the palate, plus starfruit/underripe pineapple, and some passionfruit. High acidity well balanced with a touch of RS.
